1. Site operator

This website (spesjur.com.ar, hereinafter the "Site") is operated by Carlos V. Castrillo, Argentine national identity document (DNI) No. 16,977,775, with address at Av. Alicia Moreau de Justo 1150, Office 306 A, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina (postal address: Av. Alicia Moreau de Justo 1150, ground floor, box 3129, [C1107AAX] Autonomous City of Buenos Aires). For any query concerning these Terms you may write to legal@spesjur.com.ar.

2. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Site, which is exclusively informational and institutional in character. The Site presents general information about SPES-JUR, a platform of assisted legal analysis intended for legal professionals, and provides a channel of contact to request access to that platform or a demonstration. Use of the Site implies full acceptance of these Terms.

3. Informational nature. No legal advice

The content of the Site is purely informational and institutional in purpose. It does not constitute legal advice, a legal opinion or an offer of professional services, and must not be construed as such. The information is general in nature and does not take into account the particular circumstances of any specific case; it must not be used as a substitute for consulting a professional admitted to practise in respect of a specific situation.

4. No professional relationship

Browsing the Site, as well as sending communications to the contact address, does not create or imply the establishment of a lawyer–client relationship, nor any obligation to provide services. Any eventual professional relationship will require an express and separate agreement between the parties.

5. Access to the SPES-JUR platform

The SPES-JUR platform is not provided through, nor accessed via, this Site. Its availability is currently limited and by invitation. When access to the platform is offered, it will be governed by specific terms and conditions, independent of these, which the user must accept separately.

6. Intellectual property

The SPES-JUR trade mark, the distinctive signs, the texts, the design, the graphic elements and all other content of the Site are owned by Spes Tech LLC and are used on the Site under its authorisation. The Site is operated by Carlos V. Castrillo with the owner's consent. The reproduction, distribution, modification or use of such content, in whole or in part, without the prior and express authorisation of its owner, is prohibited.

7. Limitation of liability

The Site is offered "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted availability or of freedom from error. The operator does not warrant the accuracy, currency or completeness of the general information contained on the Site, and assumes no liability for the decisions the user may take on the basis of that information. The Site may contain links to third-party sites; the operator neither controls nor is responsible for the content, policies or practices of such sites.

8. Amendments

The operator may amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon their publication on the Site. Users are advised to review this section periodically.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute arising from the use of the Site, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other forum or jurisdiction that might otherwise apply.

10. Contact

For any query concerning these Terms and Conditions, you may write to legal@spesjur.com.ar.
